Merry Christmas & Happy New Year...

Its one of my favorite times of the year...Christmas and New Year.  We are currently enjoying some holidays in sunny Queensland (ok not that sunny!)...but its never really a holiday with babies....especially two!! 

We had a lovely christmas...didnt dress up like these two did though...

 

We are currently enjoying a few weeks off but will be home soon to kick the new year off!!  Its gonna be a good one, and Id like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe Christmas & New Year Period, and a very very happy new year!!  Thank you to everyone for your support and friendship throughout 2009...here's to great things in 2010.

Christmas Sentiments Winner...

Well its time to announce the winner of our competition!!!  Id like to congratulate Tanya Procter for winning our 'Christmas Sentiments' E-Pattern.  You have plenty of time to be ready for next year Tanya!!

The pattern book has been published, and we will be doing some fun things to promote it in the new year so keep an eye on our BLOG!!!

Christmas Sentiments...Final 2 projects & GIVEAWAY

Wow time flies when you're having fun, you're husband is interstate, and your kids are cute as ever!!  So to the final two projects from our Christmas Sentiments Project Collection!!!

Christmas Sentiments..2 more Projects

Well as promised a peek at two more projects in our 'Christmas Sentiments' Pattern Book.  Table Runner is a huge 39in long....

 

and our Christmas Stocking is a nice size...16in long...and is very quick and easy to create!!

Introducing CHRISTMAS SENTIMENTS....

Well its time to introduce 'Christmas Sentiments' Collection.  This pattern includes 6 projects, I will show them over a few posts over the next few days.  I know Christmas is upon us, but there's still time for last minute projects, and these really are simple projects designed to get you into the Christmas Spirit.

Now for a glimpse of the Christmas Sentiments Quilt and Cushion.  The quilt measures approx 39 x 39inch and features a few applique panels finished with swirl embroidery, other panels have 'christmas sentiments' stitched.  The cushion features the same 'christmas sentiments' in a christmas tree format and a funky ric rac border.  Cushion measures 18 x 12in.

In tommorrows post i will show you the Stocking and Table Runner!  Pattern retails for $28.95...(great value when some of the patterns for single projects from Australian Designers retail at up to $18 now).  Pattern is an A4 format with a full color cover with plenty of photos to help you along the way. 

Since Christmas is just around the corner, we are making this pattern available as a PDF E-Pattern for $17.95.

Christmas Edition of Inspire..

Well with less than a month to go until Christmas...I must admit that I am not organised at all. Havent even got my tree up yet.  Ive been so busy finalising the December Edtion of Inspire, designing, stitching, sewing, fighting with my computer etc...that I have not even given Christmas a thought!!! 

The latest edition of Inspire has arrived...it is packed full of color, projects, gift ideas, articles...I am so very happy with it.  Click on the picture below to go to the site.

We have a project featured in the magazine...Swirl Christmas Tree Stocking.  It is so simple to make and I love it so much that I think I might make some more on the weekend when im all caught up.  A limited number of kits are available, so get in quick as they dont last.

Christmas Sentiments has been on hold for a week to enable me to finalise Inspire, but im keen as mustard to get it finished and released.  More info on that in my next post.
